Our goal is simple: To help teachers and students to reach their potential. 

Since we started the company in 2009, eduGrowth has been helping teachers and schools through research based professional learning that makes a difference in the education of students.  We do this by using data to determine academic need and  working hand-in-hand with  classroom teachers and administrators for the most efficient learning.

Barbara Dixon, ABD, is the co-founder of eduGrowth. She brings specialized experience in Common Core, data disaggragation, curriculum and instruction, co-teaching, leadership, and teamwork.
